Grants of up to $25,000 to USA and territories nonprofit organizations for programs related to community health and youth education. Funding is intended for initiatives that enhance the health and wellbeing of local communities and underserved populations as well as programs focusing on STEM education and career readiness.
The ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge is designed to support nonprofit organizations positively impacting the health of underserved populations through regional and local community-based programming.
Applications will be accepted in two categories:
